At Kapush Energy, safety is a core part of every project, every crew, and every worksite. We are committed to maintaining the highest standards of health and safety across all powerline, electrical, industrial, and infrastructure operations throughout Northwestern Ontario.

Prior to the start of any job, our crews complete detailed Job Safety Analyses (JSAs), hazard assessments, and tailboard meetings to identify risks, establish safe work procedures, and ensure all team members are prepared for the task at hand. Through ongoing communication, planning, and accountability, we strive to create a safe and productive work environment for our employees, clients, and the communities we serve.

Kapush Energy conducts regular health and safety meetings, weekly safety talks, and ongoing field training to reinforce safe work practices and continuous improvement throughout our organization.

We are proud participants in the WSIB Health & Safety Excellence Program and continue to build and strengthen our safety management systems as we work toward long-term safety and operational excellence.
